<p>A synchromesh system has synchronizer rings (60, 80) that rotate in conjunction with a synchronizer hub (20) and that are pressed against a gear (100) to synchronize rotations of a sleeve (30) and the gear (100). The synchronizer rings are constituted by the synchronizer rings (60, 80) and a synchronizer ring (90) that rotates in conjunction with the synchronize rings (60, 80) and that can be spaced apart from, but in close proximity to, the synchronizer rings (60, 80) in the rotation axis direction. The gear (100) includes a gear body (120) and a movable portion (110). The movable portion (110) is displaced toward the synchronizer ring (90) in the meshing process of the sleeve (30) and the gear (100), so that the synchronizer ring (90) is sandwiched under pressure between the movable portion and the gear body (120).
