FIELD: mechanical engineering and other industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration isolating devices. Proposed vibration isolator contains parallel support members connected with ends of sections of multicore steel cable curved to arc of circumference. Inner peripheral part of one support member, for instance, lower one, is provided with side and vertical stretching limiter made in form of spherical ring. Thickness of said limiter is equal to 20-40% of value of vertical free travel of vibration isolator. Section of cable curved to arc of circumference are made in pairs forming X-like piece. Clearance between sections of cable in point of intersection equals 2 mm. ^ EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of vibration isolator. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
