An organic light emitting display device and a mother substrate for performing sheet unit test and a testing method thereof are provided to perform the sheet unit test by forming plural first and second wire groups on the device without organic light emitting display devices formed on the mother substrate. A display unit(230) has plural pixels coupled to scan lines and data lines. A scan driver(220) supplies scan signals to the scan lines, and a data driver(240) supplies data signals to output lines which supply the data signals to output lines. A data distributor(250) supplies data signals supplied to any one of the output lines to the data lines. An inspecting unit(260) has plural transistors each of which is coupled to one of the data lines. A first wire group(270) has plural wires formed in a first direction and a second wire group has plural wires formed in a second direction.
