A method and a system for providing an unmanned shopping service by using a video terminal are provided to offer article image information, article information, and payment information of an unmanned shopping mall in real-time if a user connects to the unmanned shopping mall by using the video terminal. A mobile terminal(110) uses the unmanned shopping service including a video call function. An unmanned shopping management server(130) provides a user interface for using the unmanned shopping service and an image inside the unmanned shopping mall to the mobile terminal, and controls a camera(150) of the unmanned shopping mall by receiving a signal including a screen moving/stopping signal received through the user interface. The server provides the article image information, the article information, and the payment information of the article displayed in the unmanned shopping mall to the mobile terminal. An article information database(160) stores the article information. An online payment server(170) provides a payment process and transmits payment information to the server. |
