ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING OF THE SAME

An organic electroluminescence device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to reduce resistance and increase transmittance by depositing transparent conductive material to form an upper electrode. A planarized film(560) is formed on the entire surface of a substrate(500), and the planarized film is etched to form a via-hole which exposes any one of source/drain electrodes(555,556). A reflective film(565) is formed on the planarized film. An anode(570) is formed on the planarized film and the reflective film. The anode is connected to any one of the source/drain electrodes through the via-hole. A pixel defining film is formed on the entire surface of the substrate, and is etched to an opening.
