A destination floor registration device includes an operation section (5) having a button function for registering destination floors of an elevator; a display section (5) provided at the operation section (5) and capable of displaying a two-dimensional code (51c) that is coded information; a display control section (8) for controlling the display on the display section; and a data storage section (9) for storing inputted information that is to be displayed on the display section. The display section (5) has a touch panel-type display device (6) doubling as the operation section with the button function, and the touch panel-type display device (6) displays destination buttons (51) showing the following in a manner laterally laid on a floor-by-floor basis in the order of floors: alphanumeric characters (51a) showing floor names, letter information (51b) peculiar to the floors, and two-dimensional codes (51c) that are coded service information corresponding to the floors.
