FIELD: food processing industry, veterinary science, pharmacology, biology, medicine and cosmetic industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves forming a mixture of lipids with lipophilic and hydrophilic supplements, small-dispersed powder and dispersing process. On preliminary step in preparing a lipid phase it is treated with amino-containing compounds for charge redistribution and lipids are subjected for partial hydration also. Then supplements are added in necessary amounts, and liposomes are formed on the interface water/water-insoluble particles biphase system.
