An electronic device having a display device is provided to reduce a fabrication unit cost of an electronic device and make the electronic device thinner by including a mold frame-integrated electronic device case. An electronic device includes a backlight assembly(150), a display panel(140) disposed at an upper portion of the backlight assembly, an electronic device circuit board(135), and cases in which the backlight assembly, the display panel(140) and the electronic device circuit board are inserted. The cases includes upper and lower cases(100,200), and the backlight assembly and the display panel are installed in the lower case.
