A steering apparatus is provided to easily realize variable torque ratio by being applied to a hydraulic pressurizing type steering apparatus. A steering apparatus includes a rack bar(6), a pinion gear(10), a steering axis(12), a rotation gear(14), and a spring(16). The rack bar forms a rack gear unit(4) on a middle thereof. The pinion gear is connected to the rack bar. The steering axis is rotatably connected to the pinion gear and an end of the steering axis has a steering wheel. The rotation gear is spline-combined with the steering axis. The spring is formed on a fixed position of the steering axis to pressure the pinion gear and the rotation gear for adhering to each other.
