FIELD: training and improvement of blowing motion in volleyball, in particular, secondary blow skill. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has ball returning unit comprising rod whose one end is fixed on frame so as to provide at least two degrees of freedom and other end is connected to ball. Flexible cross-brace is connected with its one end to frame and with its other end to rod. In initial position, rod is fixed at an angle of 30 deg to vertical plane. Carrier frame is made clip-shaped and is equipped with rod stroke restricting device formed as trapezium-shaped frame fixed between ends of carrier frame. Shock-absorbers are located in extreme rod stroke positions. Guides for cross-brace are introduced into ball returning unit, said guides being formed as rollers fixed along perimeter of carrier frame. Ball to rod attachment means may be made in the form of two concave disks with circumferential cuts, with one of said disks being arranged within ball and other disk being arranged outside the ball and fixed on rod in parallel with its axis. Means for attachment of rod to frame may be made in the form of mechanism comprising clip on which stem is fixed within casing with eyelets for attachment of rod and with two inserts made from material having shock-absorbing properties, said inserts being arranged at opposite ends of casing. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in training of secondary blow skill and increased precision of blows motions. ^ 9 cl, 1 dwg |
