A wall embedded ventilation fan is provided to cover the ventilation fan when the ventilation fan is not being used, and to open the ventilation fan when the ventilation fan is being used. A wall embedded ventilation fan includes a main body(1) formed by coupling a front cover(11) with a rear frame(12), and a ventilation fan installed in the main body to be rotated by a motor and to penetrate a central hole(11a) of the front cover to be exposed to the outside. The rear frame includes a rear opening unit(13) installed in the rear side to be opened and closed by air pressure generated by the rotation of the ventilation fan. The rear opening unit includes a plurality of blades(13a) associated with each other. A front panel is provided to the front side of the main body and reciprocates back and forth by a driving unit(5) installed in the main body to cover the ventilation fan not to be exposed to the outside and to open and close the ventilation fan. The driving unit includes a rack(52) connected to the rear side of the front panel. A pinion(51) is rotated by a wire connected to a pulling switch(3).
