An air vent valve for lowering an air pressure is provided to discharge air after colliding to an air guide structure and by passing air through an air bypass path formed at the air guide structure. An air vent valve for lowering an air pressure includes a valve body(10), a float guide tube(20), a float ball(30), a float(40), a guide cover(50), a body cover(60), a sheet(70), and an air guide structure(100). The float guide tube is inserted into the valve body, and has a plurality of suction holes and an introduction hole. The float ball is provided in the float guide tube to vertically moves. The float is disposed on the float ball to vertically move by buoyancy. The guide cover controls upward movement of the float. The body cover covers the components inserted into the valve body. The sheet is provided at the float guide tube and the guide cover to maintain sealing. The air guide structure is formed at a lower center part of the float guide tube.
