An opening direction of guide grooves formed in sub bearing portions 55, 58 are different from an opening direction of guide grooves formed in the main bearing portions 54, 57 . Therefore, when the first, second lens holders 31, 32 can easily be assembled to the main guide shaft 50 and the sub guide shaft 51 by one operation that after the fitting of the sub guide shaft 51 into the guide groove of the sub bearing portion 55, 58 in the first, second lens holder 31, 32 , the first, second lens holder 31, 32 is rotated and slid against the sub guide shaft 51 so that the guide groove of the main bearing portion 54, 57 is fitted to the main guide shaft 50 in Y direction.
