A high frequency transmission line device having a slow wave structure is provided to improve a slow wave factor by arranging a planar conductor with capacitance and a connection conductor with inductance alternatively. A high frequency transmission line device having a slow wave structure includes a plurality of planar conductors(22), and a connection conductor(24). The plurality of planar conductors(22) is arranged to be apart from each other along a direction of high frequency transmission at a predetermined gap. The connection conductor(24) of a semi ring shape is arranged between the plurality of planar conductors(22). Both ends of the connection conductor(24) are electrically connected to each of the adjacent planar conductors(22). The planar conductor(22) and the connection conductor(24) are alternatively arranged along the direction of high frequency transmission.
