DIAGNOSIS KIT FOR SKIN TEST AND METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT THE SAME

A skin test was developed to determine the immune status with regard to vira l proteins E6 and E7 from the human papillomavirus. For that purpose, a diagnostic kit is provided which contains an active amou nt or at least an immunologically active fraction of the proteins E6 and/or E7. Said test consists in intracutaneaous application of the prote in E6/E7 and visual examination of the skin portion concerned in an attempt for detecting red spots.
