A method for antitumor immunotherapy with the dendritic cells comprises the injection of freeze-dried syngeneic tumor cells to the inbred mouse. The dendritic cells are used as the natural adjuvants. The cells are injected intravenously after the surgical removal of the transplanted primary tumor.
