摘要 The invention relates to building and can be used for preparation of material for medium dry extrusion at production of bricks, tiles and paving flag. A method of the preparation of material for dry pressing includes supply of material for processing, its mixing and crushing and subsequent removal of processed material. Small fractions of material are coated with dispersed particles of this material. To this effect, they are additionally mixed both during crushing, where rotary motion is carried out around the vertical axis in high-speed mode, and after it, carrying out rotary motion around vertical axis, but in low-speed mode. Such actions and modes for material processing increase the quality of material for dry pressing and its granulometric composition, which improves the mechanical and coloured properties of the construction articles made from it. A device for implementation of method contains a housing, in which are located one under another a mixing chamber and a crushing and mixing chamber, each of which has independent drive,as well as loading and unloading branch pipes, each with a shutter connected to adjustment unit. The branch pipes are located from above and from below the mixing chamber. Working elements in the chambers are made in the form of blades with possibility of rotation around vertical axis. The mixing chamber in comparison with the crushing and mixing chamber has smaller volume, high-speed drive, and vertical axis is horizontally displaced to the side opposite to the displacement of unloading branch pipe from the vertical axis of the mixing chamber. The common opening between both chambers is located with appropriate displacement from the vertical axis of the upper chamber. Furthermore, high-speed drive is located in the housing under the bottom of the crushing and mixing chamber, and low-speed drive - from above the mixing chamber outside the housing. The longitudinal axes of the blades of the mixing chamber are directed in different directions and those of the crushing and mixing chamber -in the horizontal direction. The decrease of overall sizes and increase of the output of operation of device is a technical result.
