The electrical wheel consists of inductor with ferromagnetic body having constant magnets disposed along circle and an armature with non-magnet shaft of disk form with winding. The winding working parts are laid on the ends of the core with a step is equal to distance between inductor constant magnets, the winding is connected to commutator segment. Two contacts ring are mounted in the inductor body. A movable brush is mechanically and electrically linked to each ring. The brush is electrically connected to commutator segments, and also some more two non-movable brushes are mechanically connected to the shaft and have electrical contact with contacts rings. The voltage to non-movable contacts is supplied through the hollow armature shaft.
