PAINT FOR TRANSPARENT FILM AND TRANSPARENT FILM COATED SUBSTRATE

Provided are a paint for forming a transparent film, and a transparent film-coated substrate using the paint which has antireflection and excellent adhesive and can be prepared by one step. The paint comprises 0.1-20 wt% of a metal oxide fine particle which is surface-treated with an organic silicon compound represented by R_n SiX_(4-n) and/or a multifunctional acrylate resin having a hydrophobic group and has a surface charge of 5-80 mueq/g; 1-50 wt% of a matrix forming component which comprises an organic silicon compound represented by R_n' SiX_(4-n') or its hydrolyzate, hydrolysis condensate and/or a multifunctional (meth)acrylate resin having a hydrophobic group; and a polar solvent, wherein R is identical to or different from one another and is a C1-C10 unsubstituted or substituted hydrocarbon group; X is a C1-C4 alkoxy group, a silanol group, a halogen atom or H; and n and n' are an integer of 1-3.
