A connecting structure of an arm and a bucket of an excavator is provided to use an arm for a long term by installing a friction plate with improved abrasion resistance to the friction surface of an arm and a bucket of an excavator and replacing a friction plate easily, and to prevent a bushing and a dust seal from being separated to the outside. The connecting structure of an arm and a bucket of an excavator is completed by coupling a bucket(20) to the front end of an arm(10) by a connecting pin(30) to be movable, installing a friction plate(40) coupled to the arm on the contact surface of the arm and the bucket to prevent the contact surface from being worn away with friction action by a rotational movement of the arm and the bucket, installing a bushing(50) coupled to the outside of the connecting pin on the inside of a through hole(11) of the arm, and attaching a dust seal(51) on the end of the bushing to prevent the inflow of impurities in the bushing and to form an oil film on the inside of the bushing when the bucket and the arm move, fixing the friction plate to the arm to cover up the bushing and the dust seal to prevent the bushing and the dust seal from being separated from the inside of the through hole of the arm to the outside by the movement of the bucket and the arm, and installing an O-ring(52) on the contact surface of a bracket(21) of the bucket and the friction plate to prevent abrasion of the contact surface caused by the inflow of impurities to the contact surface of the friction plate and the bracket and to make the bucket move smoothly. |
