A high-strength high-pressure injection pile installation device using weathered residual soil is provided to secure the diameter of the planned foundation, to reinforce the contact surface of the foundation and bedrock tightly and to form a foundation rapidly without any additional mixing device. The high-strength high-pressure injection pile installation device using weathered residual soil for installing a pile by perforating the ground and injecting hardener comprises a body portion(10) formed by overlapping many pipes composed of an air conveying pipe to convey compressed air, a cutting water conveying pipe to convey cutting water and primary, secondary liquid chemical conveying pipes to convey liquid chemical and provided with a connection coupling, a cutting injection portion(20) connected to the side of the body portion and composed of a cutting nozzle to cut the ground, an air injection nozzle to jet out compressed air and a horizontal injection nozzle to jet out liquid chemical, and a perforation portion(30) formed on the bottom of the body to perforate the ground and to jet out liquid chemical. The construction method for a high-strength high-pressure injection pile using weathered residual soil comprises the steps of perforating the ground with a perforation portion by rotating a body portion, cutting the inside of the perforated ground by jetting out cutting water by a cutting nozzle, and forming a pile by rotating the body portion and jetting out cement hardener and inorganic stabilizer, water and inorganic stabilizer to the ground via two horizontal injection nozzles of the body portion and a vertical injection nozzle of the perforation portion. |
