METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF DUPUYTREN'S CONTRACTURE

The method for the surgical treatment of Dupuytren's contracture comprises S-shaped access in the palmar surface of the hand from the hypothenar area to the distal palmar fold extending then through the neutral lines to the affected fingers. The cicatrical tissue of the skin and the palmar aponeurosis are removed, the palmar flaps of the skin are mobilized and rotated to the defect area.
