A device, a system, a method, and a recording medium for providing an electronic wallet service using a USIM card are provided to integrally manage banking information and safely/conveniently perform banking transaction by operating an electronic wallet program after connecting to a plurality of banking facility servers. An electronic wallet device(100) comprises the USIM card including a flash memory(110) and a user authenticator(160), a USIM slot, and a USB(Universal Serial Bus) terminal, manages/stores various banking information of a user by operating the embedded electronic wallet program(130), and provides a banking service. A user terminal is connected to the electronic wallet device through the USIM slot and a USB port, and provides the banking service through the wired/wireless network. A banking facility server issues the electronic wallet device by registering/authenticating the electronic wallet device, and provides the banking service after authenticating the electronic wallet device connected through the network if the electronic wallet device is connected to the banking facility server through the wired/wireless network. |
