UNINTERRUPTIBLE WITHSTANDING VOLTAGE TEST CIRCUIT

An uninterruptible withstanding voltage test circuit is provided to remove a blind spot of a withstanding voltage test by using the uninterruptible withstanding voltage test circuit for the purpose of a non-destructive test of withstanding voltage characteristic. An uninterruptible withstanding voltage test circuit is composed of a transforming unit(20) forming center voltage of the input AC(Alternating Current) power; a dual voltage rectifying unit(30) converting the AC input from the transforming unit into DC(Direct Current) and boosting the voltage; a current restricting unit(40) restricting a value of the current flowing to a test connection unit(60) by the power input from the dual voltage rectifying unit; a voltage display unit(50) displaying the voltage of power input from the dual voltage rectifying unit and displaying clamping voltage if the power input from the dual voltage rectifying unit flows to the test connection unit; and the test connection unit connected with the power input from the current restricting unit and coupled with an object.
