Provided is a battery pack to prevent a wire and a conductive tap or lead from being separated from a battery pack in case of soldering, thereby improving the soldering efficiency. The battery pack comprises a bare cell which comprises an electrode assembly, a container-type can and a cap assembly; a protection circuit board(150); and a terminal wire whose one end is connected to the bare cell and whose other end is connected to the protection circuit board, wherein the other end of the terminal wire passes through the penetration holes(155) comprising the short side part and the long side part formed on the protection circuit board to be projected outside the penetration hole, to be twisted in a certain direction and to be soldered on the soldering land(165) surrounding the outer circumference of the penetration hole. |
