MICRO PIEZOELECTRIC LINEAR MOTOR

A micro piezoelectric linear motor is provided to secure the durability to drop or shock by forming a resilient board and a shaft of the linear motor in one piece through injection molding. A shaft(21) of a piezoelectric linear motor is integrally formed on a resilient board(23), and is moved by the resilient board. The resilient board is manufactured by injection molding. The shaft penetrates a through-hole of a piezoelectric board(22) which is engaged to the resilient board, so that the shaft and the resilient board are maintained in a perpendicular state. Electrodes are formed on both sides of the piezoelectric board.
