A method of manufacturing fermented feed by adding rice bran to animal excrements for saccharification of nutrients indigestible by animals Is provided to obtain the fermented feed in which protein and carbohydrate are solubilized and solve the pollution problem caused by animal excrements. The fermented feed is produced by the steps of: collecting animal excrements discharged from the body of an animal within 6 to 12hr; removing 20 to 40% by weight of moisture from the animal excrements with a squeezer; sterilizing the animal excrements and removing offensive odors with a drum dryer; adding 2 to 4% by weight of rice bran, 0.5 to 2% by weight of urea, 1 to 3% by weight of muscovado and 0.3 to 0.7% by weight of activated carbon; mixing 8 to 12% by weight of rice straw; and fermenting with Bacillus subtilis.
