Device for cooling and mixing the cake consists of welded frame, to which at ? angle to the horizon is motionlessly fastened a cylindrical drum with feeding branch pipe, welded near one (higher) of the ends of drum to its upper peripheral part, and discharge branch pipe welded to the lower end part located on the opposite (lower) end of the drum, ahollow shaft located inside the drum on the bearings with blades fixed on it, and driving mechanism of shaft. Device is in-addition equipped with exhaust fan with power supply of electric servomotor through a current frequency regulator and connected by intake air conduits with the openings located in the upper peripheral part of the drum. The adjustable louvers are mounted on butt end of drum, moreover on the side members of the drum are located the sprayers of liquid (water), which are connected to the pressure conduits. For control of the current frequency regulator and adjustable louvers are used the temperature and humidity sensing devices of cooled transported cake, which are located in the lower part of the drum near the discharge branch pipe, moreover in the drive mechanism of hollow shaft is mounted the reversible power supply of electric motor.
