A method for smelting alloys based on copper, strengthened by disperse droplets comprises loading charge, heating, melting, overheating and soaking at continuous mixing. Simultaneously to charge copper chrome cast iron is incorporated at a necessary ratio (3-8 % by weight), at that the latter is fallen with bits of 10-50 mm on copper charge, the copper melt is overheated to the temperature of 1400-1450 DEGREE C, soaked to complete melting of chrome cast iron bits and poured to mould.
