TECHNIQUE FOR RECONSTRUCTING GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT AFTER RESECTION OF STOMACH

The technique for reconstructing the gastrointestinal tract after the resection of the stomach with the injury of the common bile duct comprises passing the intestinal loop through the fenestra in the transverse mesocolon. The passed loop is unfolded in antiperistaltic way and the cuff is tailored. The distal part of the esophagus is descended to the lumen of the efferent intestinal loop. The esophago-intestinal anastomosis is wrapped with the tailored cuff. The end-to-side pancreatojejunoanastomosis is generated in the afferent loop in the internal concealed drainage. The end-to-side choledochojejunoanastomosis is generated onto the external frame drainage. Braun anastomosis in applied between the afferent and efferent intestinal loops and fixed in the fenestra in the transverse mesocolon.
