A device for mixing viscous food products consists of a mixer vertically arranged on a shaft and contains an element, which is arranged close to an internal wall of the chamber for eliminating the sticking of a product. The mixer is made as a screw, on which blades are fixed along a spiral, those are arranged close to the internal wall of the unit and are pressed thereto due to a movable part of the blade, which is connected to the main part of the blade by a joint and spring units.
