A fabricating method of a setter and a setter for manufacturing a planar device are provided to minimize a non-uniform discharge space of the setter by forming uniform temperature in a molding region. A setter for manufacturing a planar device includes a crystalline glass material. A fabricating method of the setter includes a first heating process for heating a non-crystalline glass material setter at 700 to 780 degrees centigrade, a second heating process for heating the non-crystalline glass material setter at 1000 to 1100 degrees centigrade, and a cooling process for cooling the heated non-crystalline glass material setter.
