Appliance for cooling radial-axial runner has mains for supply of cooling medium as supply pipeline and nozzles connected to pipeline and directed just to blades of the runner, at that nozzles can be installed, for instance, in suction pipe, lower than the runner, and directed to output edges of blades of working wheel or installed, for instance, in the cover of hydro-machine, above the runner, and directed to input edges of blades of the runner. Such implementation of the appliance makes it possible to provide supply of cooling liquid just to the blades of the runner.
