A control disc valve with unloading device in which casing removable fixed seat is installed, with peripheral profiled flow-through windows and central channel that is in contact with slide arranged with cuts, through central long opening and connected to spindle. On sealing surface of the slide sector slots are arranged, those together form with seal surface intermediate chamber connected to the central channel of the seat. At that on the casing are fixed a cover and cylinder in which piston with sealing elements in circular grooves at outer cylindrical surface is installed, this is permanently connected to slide and forms with cylinder unloading chamber connected to the discharge cavity. At the outer cylindrical surface of the piston in circular grooves metal wear-resistance split gasket rings are installed.
