A device for preventing molten scale from adhering to a continuous casting equipment by spraying high pressure cooling water onto a place at which molten scale generated during cutting of a casting slab is scattered, thereby cooling and atomizing the molten scale is provided. A device for preventing molten scale from adhering to a continuous casting equipment comprises: a supply pipe(10) for supplying high pressure cooling water; and high pressure spray means for spraying the cooling water onto a lower part and side parts of a place at which the molten scale is scattered to cool the molten scale. The high pressure spray means comprises: a main pipe(20) branched off from the supply pipe; a lower nozzle(30) installed at an end portion of the main pipe to spray high pressure cooling water onto the lower part of the molten scale scattering place; auxiliary pipes(40) branched off from the main pipe; and side nozzles(50) installed on end portions of the auxiliary pipes to spray high pressure cooling water onto the side parts of the molten scale scattering place. The side nozzles have a plurality of injection ports(51) formed thereon such that the injection ports are vertically disposed.
