APPLIANCE FOR THERMAL TREATMENT OF OAK WOOD FOR USE IN QUICK WINE AND COGNAC ALCOHOL AGING

摘要

Appliance for thermal treatment of oak wood for use in quick aging of wine and cognac alcohols includes thermal chamber walls of which are made of thermo-stable material with heat insulation. Inside thermal chamber thermo-controller is placed, and in the upper part cover is placed, this is placed on embedded parts with possibility of height control. In the lower part there is body of heater with heating elements with possibility of control of temperature mode inside chamber on which pallet is placed for placement of oak wood parts.
