A sealing device is provided to prevent the leakage of water by expanding a sealing member provided with an air storage space when opening or closing a sliding door. The sealing device(1) of a sliding door for sealing a sliding door(2) and a slide groove(3) hermetically comprises a retreated portion formed to one side of the slide groove to be retreated, and a sealing member provided with an air storage space to store up air and inserted to the retreated portion. If the air supplied through an air hose(4) in the air storage space, the sealing member is expanded to adhere the sliding door tightly to prevent the leakage of water stored in an inside space of a water tank to the outside.
