METHOD TO MAKE OAK-TREE PARTS OF STAND AND THERMAL TREATMENT OF THOSE FOR USE IN RAPID WINE AND COGNAC ALCOHOL RIPENING

Method to make oat-tree parts of stand and thermal treatment of those for use in quick wine and cognac alcohols aging includes making of oak-tree wood kept during two or three years at natural conditions parts in rectangular form with slots at both sides. After that by means of fixing pads the parts are placed on pallet that is installed on the body of heater with heating elements and it is placed inside thermal chamber with its maximal filling. Quantity and flow rate of inlet air is equal to quantity and flow rate of outlet air.
