FOOD WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM USING SELF-ENERGY

A system for disposing food waste using self-energy is provided to improve energy utilization efficiency by disposing food waste using a self-energy source only, detoxify water contaminants through incineration, and prevent the generation of odor or water contamination due to food waste by condensing contaminants contained in steam. A system for disposing food waste using self-energy comprises: a dryer(1) for drying food waste that is crushed and transferred; a waste heat boiler(3) which generates steam for heating the dryer to supply the steam to the dryer and recover the steam from the dryer, and which supplies a portion of exhaust gas to the dryer; a condensation means(2) for condensing the steam by receiving steam generated in the dryer; and an incinerator(4) which incinerates food waste using energy of combustible components contained in food waste discharged from the dryer, and supplies exhaust gas with a high temperature generated while incinerating food waste to the waste heat boiler.
