The steering column of transportation means consists of steering wheel mounted on the steering shaft located in the pipe of steering column, differential mechanism and step-by-step motor. Differentialmechanism is located on the steering shaft and through the system of drive gears is connected with the step-by-step motor. Column additionally contains a microprocessor servo-motor and two measuring converters, which are connected with the steering shaft and wheel of transportation means. Measuring converters are connected with microprocessor servo-motor, which controls the step-by-step motor.
