A lubrication system of combustion engine of a vehicle has a tank for motor oil, pump for oil supply to friction surfaces, radiator for support of optimal temperature of oil, filtering elements, channels and pipelines for oil supply to friction surfaces, valves for control of operation of units of system, control-measuring devices. According to the invention the system has an additional tank separated with movable piston to two cavities, one of those is connected to lubrication system of engine, and the other - to pneumatic system of vehicle, and hydro-pneumatic distributor is installed with possibility of control of additional tank, it has a body in which piston with pusher and two air valves placed at one axis are arranged.
