A diffusion exterior spacer in a field emission flat lamp is provided to obtain same luminance and uniformity of light by mitigating a dark part formed by an internal spacer. A field emission flat lamp includes a diffusion plate(390) for diffusing light emitted from a panel(370) by using field emission. A diffusion exterior spacer of the field emission flat lamp includes an exterior spacer(380). The exterior spacer is positioned at a dark part formed between the diffusion plate and the panel in order to diffuse the light of the panel by using an interior spacer(350) of the field emission flat lamp. A lower part of the exterior spacer contacting the panel is wider than the dark part.
