A mold for forming a retainer of a rivet bolt is provided to improve productivity by reducing molding time through quick ejecting of frames using an ejecting pin. A mold for forming a retainer of a rivet bolt includes a plurality of forming chambers(2a,4a), and a supporting board(7). The forming chambers face each other at a facing surface of top and bottom forming frames(2,4). Each of the forming chambers at the bottom forming frame includes an ejector pin(6) connected to the supporting board to be projected into the forming chamber by a spring and a guiding pin(8) exposed to the top surface. Each of the forming chambers at the top forming frame includes an ejector pin(12) connected to an elevating panel(10).
