The device has two branches each with n transistors associated in series, and resistors (R1-Rn) associated in series between inputs. The resistors produce n-1 potentials of rows 1 to n-1 comprised between potentials of rows 0 and n applied on the inputs. A set of low n-order switching devices produces control signals from n+1 potentials of rows 0-n for controlling gates of the respective transistors such that the transistors of one branch conduct and the transistors of the other branch are blocked based on a value of the potential of row n with respect to a value of the potential of row 0.
