A structure for mounting a decoder for high image quality in a TV is provided to open a part of a back-cover and allow a consumer to directly mount the decoder on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). A connecting part(31) is mounted on a PCB(30) and is formed in a back-cover direction. An inserting hole(21) located on a straight line with the connecting part(31) is formed in a back-cover(20). A decoder(40) for high image quality is inserted into the inserting hole(21) and is coupled with the connecting part(31). A guide piece(22) for guiding the decoder(40) is protruded and formed at an internal side of the back-cover(20) approached to the inserting hole(21).
