An apparatus of removing a bead for a heat fusing apparatus of a window frame aggregate is provided to firmly maintain an adhesion state by removing the beads and reinforcing an adhesion surface at the same time. An apparatus of removing a bead for a heat fusing apparatus of a window frame aggregate includes a first fixed rail(110), a second fixed rail(210), a movable rail(220), a first fixed palette(10), a second fixed palette(20), a first movable palette(30), a second movable palette(40), and clamp assemblies(50,50',60,60'). The first fixed rail is fixed along a length of both frames separated by a predetermined distance along a width on a main frame(100) fixed on a bottom surface. The second fixed rail is fixed along the width at upper front and rear sides of the first fixed rail. The movable rail is installed by being separated by a predetermined distance along a horizontal direction of the second fixed rail, and is horizontally moved by a transferring device rotating with motor power on the first fixed rail. The first fixed palette and the second fixed palette are fixed at front side of the second fixed rail and the movable rail. The first movable palette and the second movable palette is installed by being separated by a predetermined distance from rear sides of the second fixed rail and the movable rail, and are horizontally moved by the transferring device rotating with the power of motors(M2,M3) at a lower side. The clamp assemblies are installed on each palette to be adjacently face each other perpendicularly.
