A system for adjusting position of steering wheel at a vehicle collision is provided to lead an air bag to be precisely developed at an actual vehicle accident by making the actual vehicle accident to be similar to a vehicle collision. A system for adjusting position of steering wheel at a vehicle collision includes a column shaft(10) having a protrusion(15) formed at a side thereof, an ECU(11) to control an inflater(12) of an air bag of the vehicle, a bracket(14) installed to a side of the protrusion of the column shaft to push the protrusion, a pin(18) installed at a side of the bracket, and a spring(17) installed at the other side of the bracket to actuate the bracket. The system further includes a roller(13) rotatably installed at a side of the column shaft to rotate the column shaft, and a wire(19) to connect the roller to the column shaft. A stopper bracket(16) is provided at the side of the bracket to stop the driving bracket. The protrusion is aligned with the twelve o'clock direction when the steering wheel is arranged. Even when the steering wheel is rotated direct before the collision, the system sets the steering wheel like the arrangement of the air back at the vehicle collision so that safety can be guaranteed.
