An Internet banking system having a customized investment asset management function and a method thereof are provided to enable a customer to invest cash asset to a financial asset capable of obtaining a higher profit and recollect the invested asset safely by using an Internet banking system. The customer is connected to a financial facility server by using a customer terminal(S10). The customer selects a customer consultant for managing financial goods of the customer(S120). The customer commits management of the financial asset to the customer consultant and inputs correct financial goods information(S140). The server presents investment risk for the financial goods to the customer(S150). The customer presents a desired investment profit rate for the financial goods(S160). The server compares the investment profit rate of the customer with an internal estimated profit rate(S170). The server receives confirmation for financial asset management commitment from the customer(S180). The server requests a password required for management/consultation from the customer(S190).
