A nano-silver containing ball top is provided to prevent secondary infection of germs generated with the ball top is used by coating a nano-silver material on the ball top. A ball top is formed of one of a metal, ceramic, a plastic, a synthetic resin, a rubber, and silicon. The ball top includes an air ball(40), a connecting section(60), a discharge member, a fixing pin fixing the air ball, and a support(100). The ball top regulates the level of water or a liquefied body. 0.001 to 30 weight percent of nano-silver is mixed with 100 weight percent of the material of the ball top to form the ball top. The surface of the ball top is coated with nano-silver.
