An apparatus for guiding the backstitch of a tape for trimming Korean dress is provided to uniformly backstitch the tape, by automatically drawing out cloth, which is folded by half, through a guiding member. A fixing part(10) is detachably fixed to a fixing board, on which a plow-blade is fixed. A pressing part(20) is horizontally extended to a lower portion of the fixing part, wherein the pressing part presses cloth during backstitch. The pressing part has a hole(20a) through which a needle passes. A guiding member(30) is formed from a front end of the pressing part in an oblique direction. The guiding member guides the cloth while the cloth is folded by half.
